satisfaction is our primary goal. To ensure this we divide
each Project into smaller modules and then at the end of each
module we request our customers to submit their feedback. If
because of any reason they are not satisfied with the delivery
then we will undertake unlimited reviews to ensure their satisfaction.
Even after this if they are still not satisfied with our delivery
for any particular phase then they can request refund for that
phase and can either decide to resume working on remaining
phases or terminate the Project. |
